Sometimes, we don't need someone to tell us what to do. We simply need someone to sit with us while we make sense of what we're experiencing. Life & Spiritual Guidance offers a grounded, compassionate space to explore questions around life, purpose, relationships, spirituality, transitions, identity, and the choices before us. Through heartfelt conversation, reflection, and contemplative practices, we create space for you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom. This isn't about giving you all the answers. It's about becoming quiet enough to hear some of your own. Who This Offering Is For This offering is for those navigating a question, transition, relationship, loss, crossroads, or period of uncertainty who wish for a safe, supportive space to explore what is unfolding within them. It may be especially meaningful for someone who: • Is experiencing a significant life transition • Feels stuck or uncertain • Is searching for greater meaning or purpose • Is questioning their current path • Is navigating changes in relationships • Wishes to reconnect with their spiritual life • Simply needs someone to listen without judgment Session Locations & Pricing Each private session lasts 60 minutes, offering dedicated time for meaningful conversation, reflection, and compassionate guidance. • At Songbird Coffee & Tea House — $120 (60 minutes) • At Your Home — $140 (60 minutes) A Moment for Tea For sessions held at Songbird, we share a warm cup of ceremonial tea as part of our time together. This simple ritual invites us to slow down, arrive in the present moment, and create a welcoming space for heartfelt conversation. Tea is offered exclusively during sessions at Songbird and is included within the 60-minute experience. Appointments & Reservations Sessions are offered by advance appointment and subject to availability. When submitting your request, kindly indicate your preferred location so the appropriate arrangements can be made. For sessions at Songbird, appointments are confirmed once the space has been secured and payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Private sessions at Songbird Coffee & Tea House are offered by advance reservation and subject to space availability. Appointment requests may be submitted 7–14 days before the desired session. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a quiet, welcoming space is available for your practice. Once the space is secured, you will receive confirmation and instructions for completing payment. Your appointment is considered fully reserved once payment has been received. We kindly ask that you honor your scheduled time. Should you need to make a change, please contact me directly. All payments are nonrefundable.
