Limpia · Clearing & Renewal

Service Description

A limpia is a traditional cleansing ritual rooted in ancestral practices, using fresh herbs, sound, intention, and prayer to create space for renewal, reflection, and connection. Each session begins with heartfelt conversation, allowing us to understand your intentions. We then move gently through the cleansing ritual, leaving time afterward to reflect and integrate the experience. My approach draws from shamanic traditions and my Buddhist practice of honoring all sentient beings. With the intention of minimizing harm, I perform limpias using fresh herbs rather than eggs or other animal-based elements.
