Restorative Sound Bath

Service Description

Each session is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect, and simply be. Lasting approximately 60 to 90 minutes, our time together begins with a 10-minute check-in—a moment to arrive, settle into your body, quiet the day, and set an intention for your experience. From there, you’ll ease into a 50-minute restorative sound bath using crystal and metal singing bowls, bells, an ocean drum, and other intentional sounds chosen to support deep rest, stillness, and presence. We close slowly, sharing ceremonial tea and heartfelt conversation. This is a space to reflect on anything that may have surfaced during your session, ask questions, or simply sit with the experience before stepping back into your day. There is no need to rush or find the right words. We allow the experience to unfold naturally. This offering is for anyone who feels called to slow down, experience intentional rest, reconnect with themselves, or explore sound as a gentle companion on their healing journey.
